Waitlist requests and enquiries
The waitlist request asks for three required details: your name, work email and brokerage or business name. Team size, current systems and what you would like to improve are optional. These details prepare an editable email request in your browser; they are not submitted to a waitlist service. This website does not save the brief to browser storage or upload your answers to a server. Preparing, editing or downloading the request does not send it to Velocity Works or register you on a waitlist.
Choosing “Open email draft” passes the draft to your email application. You review and send it there; preparing the draft on this website does not send an email. Downloading the request creates a text file on your device for you to add to an email. If you choose to email us, we use the information you send to respond about Velocity, discuss your business requirements and onboarding availability, and manage your enquiry. Do not send customer files, identity documents, passwords or financial statements through this website.
Fictional product demonstrations
The website demonstrations use fictional customer details and sample documents. They do not accept uploads of real identity documents, verify anyone’s identity or perform document deletion. Demonstration states illustrate a workflow; they do not carry out those actions in a connected service. Optional website analytics
Where configured, Google Analytics or Google Tag Manager loads only after you allow analytics. Events cover page visits and selected links. Form answers, names, email addresses and phone numbers are excluded from these events. The site records approved campaign labels and referring website hosts for source attribution; it excludes URL query strings from recorded page addresses.
Your analytics preference is saved on this device. Campaign attribution may be kept for the browser session after you allow analytics. Use “Analytics preferences” to change your choice. Declining does not prevent you from using the site.
Service providers and storage
Website hosting, email and any enabled analytics involve service providers. Their access, storage locations, any overseas disclosures and retention arrangements require confirmation in the final policy. The current waitlist request builder does not upload your answers to a server. An email you send is handled by the email services involved in delivery and by Velocity Works when received.
Access, correction and complaints
Contact us to request access to or correction of information you have sent, or to raise a privacy concern. Avoid including sensitive documents in your first message. The final policy will explain the verification process and response timeframe.
