This payslip’s payment is outside the statement.

The statement ends 21 May 2025. The payslip pay date is 28 May 2025. Request a later statement before checking that payment.

Home-loan debits visible$2,180 each

Four entries: 25 February, 23 March, 13 April and 18 May. Confirm the loan account and contractual repayment; the debit pattern alone does not verify a monthly commitment.

Statement totals need reconciliation

The 41 visible transactions total $11,800 in credits and $11,395.52 in debits. Those do not match the printed summary. The opening and closing balances reconcile using the printed summary totals, but not using the displayed rows.

Request the complete transaction history before using the statement as a full cash-flow or expense assessment.

From information to action

One journey.
Far less manual work.

01 / Capture & prepare

Start with a better prepared file.

Vela follows up leads from your existing website and connected CRM, then reads documents and prefills the digital application. Inbound and outbound voice keep the conversation moving.

02 / Assess & match

Understand the customer. Then the fit.

Bring bank statements and Equifax into the picture. Compare lender fit against the customer’s circumstances and objectives, including early payout or refinancing intentions.

03 / Progress & settle

Carry the context all the way through.

Use supported financier APIs to progress approvals, documents and settlement. Keep conditions, e-signing and the next action connected to the file.

Intelligence for your business

Every deal.
The whole business.

Work through the detail with Vela. See your pipeline and order bank with analytics on demand. Keep the next decision in view.

Ask Vela to workshop a deal by voice, chat or email. Bring the evidence, customer objectives and outstanding questions into the same conversation before choosing a path.

Make the reasoning part of the file: why this lender, why this rate and what trade-offs matter to this customer. Your team reviews the recommendation and decides when to progress.

Identity / A clear purpose for every record

Verify identity.
Keep the evidence.

A licence can help prepare the application. Identity verification and document retention each need their own step in the process.

01 / Verify

Establish who is applying.

Use the required identity checks. Reading a licence, comparing addresses or checking an expiry date does not, by itself, verify the person.

02 / Record

Keep a useful verification record.

Record the method, time, outcome and provider reference, required identity details, and how discrepancies were resolved. Keep this evidence for the applicable retention period.

03 / Remove

Reduce unnecessary ID storage.

Review the image when its purpose is complete. Remove it when no lawful need remains, checking applicable retention requirements and exceptions first.

These are workflow principles. Confirm the available verification and retention controls for your setup before relying on them. The website demos do not perform identity verification or automated deletion.

What determines when an ID image can be removed?

Use the applicable retention policy and check whether the image is still needed for a permitted purpose. Settlement, withdrawal or decline should prompt a review; they are not a universal instruction to delete. Historical records and other legal requirements may need different treatment.

OAIC guidance preserves retention obligations for ID copies made before 31 March 2026. Required verification records also have their own retention period: AUSTRAC generally requires customer due diligence records for seven years after the business relationship ends or an occasional transaction completes.

Read the OAIC identity-document guidance and AUSTRAC recordkeeping guidance.

What about copies in Outlook, a CRM or another system?

Each copy needs an owner and an agreed handling process, including attachments, processing copies and backups. Removing a document from one system does not remove it everywhere. Confirm permissions, exceptions and deletion evidence across the services involved.
