What happens when a customer emails documents?
Vela Navigator brings the email, attachments and application context together. Vela helps prepare the details and next action for review. The document demo shows the source beside the extracted fields during review. Reading a document does not verify identity. ID-image retention is a separate consideration under applicable requirements, including for copies in email.
